I recently stayed at a hotel in Bessemer and had a fantastic experience. The location was convenient with easy access to major highways. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with fresh towels. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Plus, the hotel had great facilities including a fitness center and a refreshing swimming pool.

The only downside was the absence of a stopper in the bath/shower.

There was a hole in the wall and a black spot on the ceiling. Everytime we asked for towels they were out.

The beds and pillows are awesome!!! Looks like they have remodeled recently and did a very good job. Room was very clean and spacious, television was new and they have great reception with direct tv. We only stayed one night on a road trip but it was well worth the stop. Staff was excellent!

spend some money on better coffee!!

Breakfast shopping wasn't done in time for breakfast. The air conditioner above the back door drips on you everytime you go our the backdoor to your car.

Check in was a little slow but the desk clerk was very friendly.

The complimentary breakfast provided a nice variety of options and was quite delicious. We were also impressed with the easy access from the highway, making it convenient for quick on and off during our travels. we were highly satisfied with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff service.

One of the best aspects of our stay was the large and comfortable beds. After a long day of traveling, it was nice to have a good night's sleep. the complimentary breakfast provided was a great way to start our day. It had a good variety of options and we enjoyed having a hot meal before heading out.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. When we arrived, we had to wait for our room to be cleaned, which was a bit inconvenient.

I liked everything about this establishment, The customer service attended at the front desk named Carla is the friendliest person I've ever meet, she made sure my stay is comfortable every time I visit. When I walked in the front door she greeted me with a smile and called me by name because she remember me from previous stays!!

On the 2nd we were waken up by loud children. It would have been perfect if that didn't happen.

Our romantic escape was enhanced by the cozy atmosphere provided by the hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with every need we had during our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options to start our day, and we were pleasantly surprised with the additional complementary snacks available in the lobby. We enjoyed the peaceful location and appreciated the convenient parking.

Our room had a slightly unpleasant odor, but the staff was prompt to provide us with an air freshener. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was occasionally slow and interrupted, making it challenging to enjoy streaming services.

Very comfortable bed with clean sheets, a firm mattress and a nice comforter that looked new. Every staff person I talked to (behind the desk or in the hall) was extremely pleasant.

I could only enter the hotel through the front door, because the locks on the two side doors were not functional. I could exit using the side doors, but could not re-enter the hotel that way. It made unpacking (and then packing) my car slightly more painful.
